These delivery terms are effective starting 12.2.2021. We reserve the right to edit the delivery terms periodically. Please review the terms before ordering from our online store to have up-to-date information.

Products and pricing

Features and pricing of our online store products are presented with the product information. We reserve the right to edit prices and shipping costs. Please review the shopping cart before completing the order. All product prices include VAT, you can review details on the shopping cart and order confirmation.

Delivery costs

Possible delivery costs applied to the order depend on the product (e.g. weight, packaging) and delivery method selected. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount automatically. See the delivery costs (if applicable) in the shopping cart before completing the order.

Ordering and agreement

Order from our online store by choosing products and moving them into the shopping cart, confirming your order, and paying by using payment service. While ordering from our online store, we expect you to review and agree to up-to-date delivery terms. Confirming your order is final and forms a contract alongside these terms between you and us, including the order cancellation policy.

Order and payment confirmation

You will receive an email confirmation of your order, please enter your email address while ordering. Payment method confirmation will be part of the order confirmation.

In cases, where we cannot confirm your order, we will contact you via email.

Cancellation policy

As a customer you have a right to cancel your order according to your countries countries Consumer Protection law. If you receive periodic deliveries from us, cancellation must occur within 14 days of the delivery of the first shipment.

Cancellation notice form must be clearly delivered to us either via email or with the returned products.

Cancellation right only applies if the returned products are in the original packaging, unused, and well packaged for return.

If the transaction is cancelled, the products purchased must be returned to the return address below without a delay and within 14 days from submitting the cancellation notice. The customer returning the products must show proof of returning the product, by presenting a return receipt for example, within 14 days if required. The return costs will not be reimbursed to the customer.

When returning a delivered order, attach your contact information and account number for refund.

We refund your immediately as detailed in Consumer Protection law.

Reviewing order, errors, and issues

Please inspect your order immediately when receiving it. If the product is missing or damaged during shipping, or does not match your order, please notify our customer service immediately and within 14 days at latest so we can solve the problem. In consumer transactions, we follow mandatory laws of Finnish Consumer Protection law when it comes to errors.

TM Company is not liable for any damages to the shipment, delivery, or product after the liability for such occurrence has expired based on Finnish Consumer Protection Law or any Mandatory Law has determined.
